Workflows: Ongoing Improvements

We’re continuing to make progress on Workflows, with a range of new capabilities currently in development.

Some of the upcoming enhancements include:

• Branching to support more advanced conditional workflow paths
• User Events to trigger workflows based on user activity
• Deeper integrations across the platform
• Support for custom code directly within workflows
