Every secure file access is logged with detailed user, IP, location, and device information. Secure files are stored in private S3 buckets, while non-secure files use public buckets and are more accessible but less protected.

• Storage Options: By default, files are stored in Tadabase's S3 buckets. Users can also opt to use their own S3 buckets or Dropbox for storage, though Dropbox does not support secure files.
