New Equation Engine

We’re rolling out a new Equation Engine designed to improve reliability and consistency across equation based logic.

If you’ve experienced cases where equations occasionally skipped updates or didn’t refresh after a record change, this update is built to address exactly that.

Enabling the new engine is simple. Head to Support → General, where you’ll find the option to turn it on for your app.

Early feedback from roughly two dozen users has been very positive, with improved consistency across recalculations.

⚠️ Important note
If your equations rely on Auto Increment fields, we recommend testing carefully. These fields can behave differently under certain recalculation scenarios. As always, we suggest enabling the new engine in a test environment first before rolling it out broadly.
