Coming soon: Workflows
We’re rebuilding our automation system and are excited to share a preview of what’s coming next.
Our goal is to simplify and centralize Automations, Pipes, and Rules into a single, unified interface called Workflows.
This update has been in development for some time and is designed to streamline how logic is built and managed across your apps.
Once released, Workflows will:
- Reduce the need for Pipes used for advanced functions like date and text manipulation
- Eliminate the need to manage standalone custom JavaScript outside of the flow
- Replace Record Utilities for actions such as duplicating records, copying records, and performing lookups
- Display progress messages to app users as each workflow step runs
- Provide improved debugging tools with visibility into each step of the process
We’re also introducing a wide range of new actions to help you manage and manipulate records directly within the workflow.
