Custom Domains Update

We've made several improvements to make setting up and managing custom domains easier.

Simpler Domain Setup

Connecting a custom domain now requires just one DNS record instead of three. Existing domains will transition automatically with no DNS changes required.

Clearer Domain Status

Domain settings now provide more detailed certificate and verification information, including what's still required, reported errors, and when the domain was last checked.

Faster DNS Verification

DNS checks now use public resolvers for faster verification, allowing newly created records to be detected almost immediately. Root domains without www can now be verified as well.
