What's New
Tables and Lists now support opening connected pages in a new tab by default, improving navigation and user workflow.
New Default Behavior
When clicking links to connected records or pages:
- Links can open in new browser tabs
- Original page remains open in current tab
- Users can switch between tabs easily
- No loss of context or navigation state
Components Supported
- Tables: Connection field links open in new tabs
- Lists: Connected record links open in new tabs
- Universal Components: Works across all table and list component types

Reference Checking
Users can open related records in new tabs to check information while keeping the main list visible:

Configuration
This can be set as the default behavior for connection field links in Tables and Lists. Check your component settings to enable or disable this option.

Enable "Open in New Tab" for administrative and data entry workflows where users frequently need to reference multiple records. Keep it disabled for simple navigation flows where users should stay in the same tab.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Users can still control link behavior manually:
- Ctrl+Click (Windows) / Cmd+Click (Mac): Force open in new tab
- Shift+Click: Open in new window
- Regular Click: Follows your configured default behavior
