What Happens If I Cancel

When you cancel your account plan, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Until then, you keep full access to your apps — nothing changes.

Once the billing cycle ends without an active subscription, your apps become inaccessible. Users can't log in, and the live URLs stop serving the apps. Your data, pages, users, and configurations stay on file for 30 days after that point.

During those 30 days you can reactivate at any time by re-subscribing — everything picks up exactly where it left off. After 30 days, apps and their data are permanently purged and can't be recovered.
