Do You Offer Refunds
As a general rule, Tadabase doesn't issue refunds for past billing cycles. When you cancel a plan, the cancellation stops future renewals, and your app remains active for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.
For annual plans, we may offer prorated cancellations in certain circumstances. If you've run into a billing issue, accidental charge, or have specific concerns, please reach out to support@tadabase.io — we always look at things case by case and want to make sure you're treated fairly.
