What Can I Automate

Tadabase gives you several ways to automate work in your app. You can trigger automations from form submissions, scheduled tasks, record changes (add, edit, delete), and action links or buttons on the front end. Anything that happens in your data or interface can be a starting point for automation.

Once something triggers, you can run a wide range of actions, including:

• Send emails to users, admins, or anyone else
• Update records in the same table or in connected tables
• Create new records based on the trigger data
• Call external APIs through Pipes
• Run AI prompts to generate or analyze content
• Redirect users or display custom messages

Most builders combine these in Record Rules, Table Rules, Action Rules, Scheduled Tasks, and Workflows to automate just about any process in their app.
