Can I Send Automated Emails

Yes, sending automated emails is one of the most common things builders do in Tadabase. You can send emails from a Submit Rule, Action Rule, Record Rule, Table Rule, Scheduled Task, or Workflow.

In any of these places, simply add a Send Email action and set:

• To, CC, and BCC (use static addresses or merge in fields from the record)
• From name and address (including custom SMTP if configured)
• Subject and body, with field merge tags and full HTML formatting
• Attachments from file fields when needed

Emails can include links back into your app, dynamic field values, and conditional content, so you can build everything from simple confirmations to fully personalized notifications.
