Tabs
Transcript Summary
Introduction
Hey everybody, it's Tim from Tadabase here, and today we're shining a spotlight on tabs.
What Are Tabs?
Tabs allow you to take what is normally a scrolled page—where content requires scrolling down to view—and convert it into a tabbed page.
Example of Tabs in Action
Now we have two tabs available: "My Team Tools" and "All Team Tools." We’ve taken content that was previously further down the page and turned it into tabbed content.
How to Add Tabs
Tabs are added at the column level. To do this:
- Go into your page builder.
- Hover over any column.
- You’ll see the option to enable tabs.
Once you enable the feature, you can give your tabs a name and mark one as the default, meaning it will be the first tab to load when the page opens.
Moving Components into Tabs
After creating your tabs, the next step is to move components from other sections of the page into the new tabs.
Conclusion
And that’s it! Now you know how to set up tabs and take your page and application to the next level. Take care, everybody. See you on the next one!
We'd love to hear your feedback.
