Nonprofit Plans
We support nonprofit organizations by offering plans at a discount of up to 30% for approved organizations.

Billing Options
You have the flexibility to choose between monthly and annual billing options:
- Monthly Billing
- Predictable payment schedule and flexibility to cancel or upgrade your plan at any time without long-term commitment.
- Annual Billing
- Receive the value of two months free, which is roughly a 16% discount. Simplify your budgeting with a single annual fee.
How to Select a Plan
If you're a new customer starting your Tadabase journey, choosing the right plan is the first step.
- Hover over your name in the user menu (top-right corner of your dashboard).
- Click on Manage Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.
- In the Subscription Details panel, click on Manage Subscription to select a new plan, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.
We accept nearly all major credit cards, processed securely via Stripe. Upon subscribing, a receipt will be emailed to the address associated with your Tadabase account.
When choosing your first plan, don't worry too much about finding the perfect fit right away. Start with a plan that meets your current needs, and as your usage or business grows, you can easily upgrade or adjust your plan at any time. Tadabase allows you to make changes to your subscription whenever you need, so you have the flexibility to adapt your plan as your requirements evolve.
HIPAA Compliance
Tadabase offers HIPAA-compliant editions that can be purchased as an add-on to any subscription plan.
These editions include the necessary safeguards and encryption to ensure your data meets HIPAA requirements.
When you choose a HIPAA-compliant plan, Tadabase will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your organization, ensuring that we meet all required obligations for handling Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA.
Please ensure that you do not store PHI (Protected Health Information) in accounts that are not HIPAA-compliant.

Exceeding Plan Limits
Each Tadabase plan comes with specific features and record allocations to ensure optimal performance. Here's what happens when you reach these limits:
- Feature Usage (Soft Limit): If you utilize a feature not included in your current plan, you'll receive an automatic email prompting you to either upgrade your plan or remove the feature from your app.
- Record Limits (Hard Limit): Exceeding your allocated record limit triggers an Over Limit notification in the builder. You'll need to delete excess records to continue adding new ones. After a grace period, adding new records will be restricted until you comply with your plan's limits.
Note: Record counts update every few hours. If you've recently deleted records, manually recount them to apply changes immediately. For any issues, follow the recount instructions in the builder or contact our support team.
Changing a Plan
Upgrading Your Plan
If you choose to upgrade your current Tadabase plan, follow these steps:

Hover over your name in the user menu (top-right corner of your dashboard).

Click on Manage Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.

In the Subscription Details panel, click on Manage Subscription, then click the Update plan button.

Select the new plan you'd like to upgrade to.
You will receive a prorated credit for any unused time on your current plan, and you will be charged the difference immediately.
Example:
- August 1st, 2024: Signed up for the Business Growth Plan at $125/month and successfully charged $125.
- August 15th, 2024: Upgraded to the Business Professional Plan at $250/month.
- Credit: $62.50 for the unused time from August 16th to August 31st on the Starter Plan.
- Charge: $125 for the remaining half-month on the Growth Plan.

If you would like to upgrade from a Monthly to an Annual plan within the same tier, please contact support@tadabase.io.
Downgrading Your Plan
If you're downgrading your plan, follow these steps:

Hover over your name in the user menu (top-right corner of your dashboard).

Click on Manage Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.

In the Subscription Details panel, click on Manage Subscription, then click the Update plan button.

Select the plan you'd like to downgrade to.
The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Until then, you will continue to have access to the features of your current plan. Once the billing cycle ends, the new downgraded plan will apply.
Canceling Your Plan
If you wish to cancel your plan:

Hover over your name in the user menu (top-right corner of your dashboard).

Click on Manage Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.
- In the Subscription Details panel, click on Manage Subscription, then click the Cancel plan button.
- Confirm your cancellation.
If you change your mind before the end of the billing period, you can renew your subscription at any time.
Note: Canceling your plan means your account will be terminated at the end of the billing cycle, and you will not be billed again. After the current term ends, your apps will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
