Choosing a plan

At this time there are no free plans on Tadabase and after the 14 day trial period you must choose a plan to continue using the builder and the app. To pick a plan open your user menu and select Subscriptions. We offer annual plans and monthly plans. Annual plans are charged one lump fee and have a discount vs the monthly plan. Monthly plans will be billed at the time you signup and then every month until you cancel.

At this time nearly all credit cards are accepted and processed via Stripe. Upon successfully subscribing you will receive a receipt emailed to your email address you used to sign up for Tadabase.

Enterprise Plans

Tadabase has plans for nearly any company size. If you’re looking for enterprise plans contact us

HIPAA

If you require a HIPAA compliant plan there are additional steps you must undertake and specific plans for HIPAA plans. Please be sure to contact us at enterprise@tadabase.io for a custom quote. Please do not store PHI data in accounts that are not HIPAA compliant.

Non-profit plans

Tadabase has non profit plans as well which can have up to 30% discount for approved organizations. Please email support@tadabase.io for more details.

Exceeding your plan limits

Each plan has certain limits and for most limitations Tadabase only uses a soft limit. Meaning, if you exceed your record count, you will be emailed systematically to either upgrade your plan or get below the limit. There is a 3 day grace period every 3 month for overages not being charged. If you don’t upgrade your plan after 3 days of going over the limit, your account will be automatically upgraded to the next tier that fits your usage. Upgrades are done to the next tier, even if an add-on is available.

Important to note, add-ons are not automatically chosen even if its a viable option to meet your limitations.

Upgrade your plan

Once a plan is chosen if you chose to upgrade you will be credited a prorated amount of the unused time in your current plan and charged the difference immediately. For example, if you’re on a $100/month plan and half way through the month you choose to upgrade to a $300/month plan, you invoice will look something along these lines:

January 1st, 2019 - Signed up for Plan A ($100/month)  and successfully charged $100.

January 15th, 2019 - Upgraded to Plan B ($200/month) you will be credited $50 for the unused time from January 16th to January 31st and charged 50% of the new plan $100.
