Managing your App Plan subscriptions
Subscribing or Upgrading your App Plan
Your application's Billing section plays a crucial role in managing your app subscriptions effectively, including tasks such as subscribing to an app plan, upgrading your existing app plan, and canceling your app plan. By the end of this guide, you'll have a clear understanding of how to navigate and utilize the Billing tab to meet your subscription needs.
Accessing the Billing Tab
To get started, you'll need to access the Billing tab in Tadabase. Here's how:
- Log in to your Tadabase account.
- Once logged in, enter the App Builder by clicking on an Application in your account.
- Click the "Settings" button located in the left-hand side of the Builder.
- In the sub-menu that appears, select "Billing."
Subscribing to an App Plan
If you're new to Tadabase or want to subscribe to a different app plan, follow these steps:
- Access the Billing tab as mentioned in the previous section.
- Review the available app plans and their features.
- Select the plan that best suits your needs by clicking on the "Upgrade" button for your chosen plan.
- Follow the prompts to enter your payment information.
- Click "Upgrade" to confirm your subscription.
Congratulations! You're now subscribed to an app plan that aligns with your requirements.
Upgrading Your Existing App Plan
If you're already a Tadabase user and wish to upgrade your current app plan, here's how to do it:
- Access the Billing tab as mentioned earlier.
- You'll see your current plan listed.
- Click on the "Change Plan" button next to your current plan.
- Review the available plans and select the one you want to upgrade to by clicking the "Upgrade" button.
- Follow the prompts to update your payment information if necessary.
- Click "Upgrade" to confirm the plan change.
You've successfully upgraded your app plan to access additional features and capabilities.
Canceling Your App Plan
If you ever need to cancel your Tadabase app plan, follow these steps:
- Access the Billing tab as previously described.
- You'll see your current plan listed.
- Click on the "Cancel Plan" button below your current plan.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
Please note that cancelling your app plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain access to your app until that time. After the current billing cycle has ended, your application will be permanently deleted.
Downgrading your plan
If you choose to downgrade your plan, you will remain on the current plan until the end of your current billing cycle and the new downgraded plan will apply at that point.

Enterprise Plans

HIPAA

Please do not store PHI data in accounts that are not HIPAA compliant.
Nonprofit plans
Tadabase offers nonprofit plans at a discount of up to 30% for approved organizations. Please email support@tadabase.io for more information on how to apply for a nonprofit plan discount.
Exceeding your plan limits
Features and limitations are specific to each plan. Exceeding those limitations will require either an upgrade to another plan, or purchasing add-on packs to raise the limitation of certain features within your app.
Exceeding record limits
If you've exceeded your plans allocated record limit you'll see the Over limit notification at the top of the builder. Please remove records to get within those limits. After your grace period you will no longer be able to add records into your app until you're within your limit.
Counting of records happens behinds the scenes every few hours. If you just deleted some records be sure to manually recount the records for it apply immediately.
If you have recently made changes to your application and you are getting an error stating that you have exceeded your plan limits, please force a recount by referencing the image below.
App Plan Addons
App Plan Addons are increases to various limitations and features within your Tadabase application, without having to upgrade to the next plan. All add-on packages are $25/an add on with varying quantity per add on. Please see the chart below:
