Page Versioning
Whenever a change is made to a page previous version of the page are logged and retained as a page version. This means, if you make an accidental change you can go back to prior version of the page.
Viewing Page Version
To view prior page version, open any page that has prior edits (not a brand new page) and click the Page History button.
As you can see, you can see the date of when this page was updated as well by who and any comment left on the page.
If you want to see logs for all page updates, please check out the logs section under settings. Navigate to Settings > Logs > Pages.
Rolling Back to Prior Page Version
Once you click on the page history you can select any prior version to force this page to go back to that version. After selection a version the you'll be prompted to accept the changes and then must save the page again.
It's important to always add a comment when saving a page to easily know what changes were made.
Setting Version Comments as Required
It's ideal to always save a comment when making changes to ensure you and your team know why the change was made. To ensure this is always the case, in the app settings you can force the Page Comments to be required.
To enable, go to Setting > General Settings and enable the "Require Version Comments" option.
