This article will walk you through how you can use your own custom Favicon for your app with some custom Javascript.
To use your custom Favicon, apply the following steps:
- Go to Settings on your app's navigation bar
- Click on Custom Header/Footer Code
- Paste the following code into the Custom Header Code section:Â
<script>
(function() {
var link = document.querySelector("link[rel*='icon']") || document.createElement('link');
link.type = 'image/x-icon';
link.rel = 'shortcut icon';
link.href = 'https://www.stackoverflow.com/favicon.ico';
document.getElementsByTagName('head')[0].appendChild(link);
})();
</script>
4. Click Save.Â
You can replace the "https://www.stackoverflow.com/favicon.ico" used in the above code with the URL of your icon.Â
